1) 'Regular semesters' refers to 1st ~ 4th semester for the master’s and doctoral programs and 1st ~ 6th semester for the joint degree program.
? Please note the date of printing bill and registration day depending on objects.
2. Check the tuition & Printing bills
A. Invoices can be printed from 2012. 8. 6(Mon).
B. Procedure
= Printing instructions : Go to Yonsei Portal Service (portal.yonsei.ac.kr) ? click on "Tuition and Payment" located on the bottom right corner of the page? "Login" ? "Registration" ? "Tuition Invoice Printout" ? ?Inquiry/Registration? ? Printout
3. Payment Methods
A. Make an accurate deposit of the total tuition amount (Yon cannot pay in installment.)
1) One virtual deposit account is provided for each student. Registration can be made automatically even if the deposit in the virtual account is made by another person.
B. It is possible to pay through internet banking, phone banking, ATM transfer, and at the bank counter.
1) Transaction fee may be charged when making the payment with a non-Woori Bank account.
2) Payment might not be available with a non-monetary institution account, such as CMA accounts.
3) It is impossible to return payment for changing payment methods.
C. Credit Card (Woori Card ONLY, Debit cards and Corporate cards cannot be used.)
1) Print the tuition invoice and visit a Woori Bank branch.
2) Woori Bank card homepage (http://card.wooribank.com)? Go to 'New information' in the bottom of the page ? Click 'Tuition payment using credit card for students of the Graduate School of Yonsei University' ? Select 'Payment Request' or 'Issuance' ? Log in and pay the tuition fee
3) You can verify the payment in the Yonsei portal system 2 hours after payment.
4) The registration can be made automatically even if a cardholder’s name is not match your name.
5) Payment hours : From 9:00 a.m. of the first day of the registration dates to 11:59 pm of the last day of the registration dates
(Payments can be made at banks between 9:00 AM ~ 4:00 PM)
4. Payment Verification
A. Process of printing payment verification
= Go to http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr ? Click "Tuition and Payment" located on the bottom right corner of the page ? "Login" ? "Registration" ? "Printout/
??= A SMS is sent to the contract phone number after the payment of tuition. Please correct your personal information in the Yonsei Portal System if there is any change of the contact number.
5. Students returning to school
A. Returning students can print the bill in an hour after approval of returning to school.
B. 1st to 3rd returning students can register during the additional registration period.

A. Tuition fee according to enrolled units.
B. Tuition payment invoices can be printed out after the course add/drop period from Sep 13(Thu).
C. Registration can be made only during the additional registration period (9.13 ~ 9.17).
D. For those who have applied for installments and have exceeded the number of regular semesters, tuition fee should be paid during the 1st installment period.
7. Registering by installment payment
A. Application period: 2012. 6. 18(Mon) ~ 2012. 8. 14(Tues)
1) Go to ‘Yonsei Portal System(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr/main/sso/indexe.jsp) ? Main Academic Service ? Registration ? Click on ’Apply for installment’ (Cancelation of installments is the same procedure)

C. Note
1) Tuition fee cannot be paid by credit card when paying in installments.
2) Installment payment is cancelled if the 1st installment is not paid within the appropriate period and the total amount must be paid during the additional application period.(2012. 9. 13 ~ 2012. 9. 17).
3) If payments are not made during the payment periods, installed payments will be automatically cancelled. The student will be also disqualified for applying for installed payments in the next semester.
4) Cannot complete the relevant semester according to school regulations if the tuition is not paid.
5) Students returning to school can apply for installed payments during ‘The Special installment payment application period for students returning to school’ (The period: 2012. 8. 30 ~ 9. 9)
6) If a student decides to take a leave of absence or leave school after applying for installed payments, the rest of the unpaid tuition fee must be fully paid in order to process the student's status.
7) Tuition refund is possible as shown below according to refund date.
8) The reduction of tuition fee or scholarship will be applied to the students' tuition invoices in the last payment period for those who are scholarship recipients or who have exceeded the number of regular semesters.
8. Refund of tuition
A. If students do not finish the semester and apply for a leave of absence(including joining the army) or quitting the school after paying the tuition, the basic date for refund refers to a chart below.
